Maeve has a great way of sharing her vast knowledge of being happier in a way that feels approachable, calm, fun and easy. Her visuals are great, she gives many tools but nothing feels overwhelming. Knowing what it means to battle depression I can tell you that some teachers just tell you to be happy. It doesn't work that way. Even getting out of bed is difficult, I feel like she takes all that into consideration. Do the exercises in bed! Don't be hard on yourself. I'm looking forward to the next lesson. Thank you.

The content of the course is very well presented by Maeve in her soft lilting accent. Offering insight into the evidence for that day's practice, with daily reminders of mindfulness and gratitude activities works well. Finishing each lesson with different meditation allows participants to explore what works for them. Resources including a strengths and challenges questionnaire, TEDx talks etc are a fabulous bonus. This course goes above and beyond, so much so that I have recommended it to my friends.
